RETURNPOLICY

To return your items, fill out the return sheet attached to your package or download your return sheet here.

Please note that you are responsible for covering all shipping costs, and a  handling fee of 120 NOK plus VAT will be deducted from your return.

All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. *Extended Return Policy for Black Week & Christmas 2024. For orders placed between November 22 and December 24, 2024, returns will be accepted until January 15, 2025.

Please be aware that Items cannot be returned as a collect on delivery and not to a collection point address.

For returns outside of EU, be sure to put your receipt back in for customs.
Save any shipping receipt and/or tracking numbers.

All pieces must be returned in original condition, with all tags attached. Note: You may lose your purchase amount. This happens if the product is deteriorated, for example, because you have used the item or the product is damaged while you were responsible for it.

We reserve the right to return the item to you if it is not in its original condition and cannot be resold.

When you return, please make sure that the parcel is properly sealed, to protect the clothes.

We will credit your return within 4 weeks to the card your original order was placed with.

EXCANGE

If you wish to make an exchange, please return your item and place a new order.
